How Long Does a Custom Piece Take to Make?
Custom pieces typically take 6-8 weeks. Once you send a commission request, I will inform you on specific timing. Rush fees may apply to certain pieces if needed by a certain deadline.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
I aim to process, pack and ship your order within 3 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed.
Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends and holidays will increase processing time.
Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
Which Shipping Methods Do You Use?
I ship using Fedex. This means you can expect delivery in around 5-10 working days.
I’ve Lost My Confirmation Email / I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

How Do I Pay for My Order?
I use a WooCommerce payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
I Haven’t Received My Order, Where is It?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in Belgium or longer than 14 business days within Europe then please contact us at colietaylorart@gmail.com and we will be able to help.
I Received My Order but It’s Incorrect or Damaged
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact me at colietaylorart@gmail.com with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Can I Change My Order After I Have Placed It?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at colietaylorart@gmail.com and we will be able to help from there.
Refunds
All sales are final and we don’t do refunds.
